What is leadership
Leadership holds a
very salient role since it provides overall leadership to achieve goals of an
organization. To meet the challenges in today’s business environment, to meet the
needs of the customers, the organizations therefore need to focus on the
gaining maximum quality from the people who work under the organization. For
that company obliged to have a proper leadership.
“Ultimately, leadership
is not about glorious crowning acts. It's about keeping your team focused on a
goal and motivated to do their best to achieve it, especially when the stakes
are high and the consequences really matter. It is about laying the groundwork
for others' success, and then standing back and letting them shine (Hadfield,1959)”
Leadership is not an
attribute of business alone. It’s a vital role in managerial
operations. If there is an any single factor that differentiates between
successful and unsuccessful organizations, it could be considered as dynamic
and effective leadership. In brief it’s in anywhere, where the people work in
groups, the leadership function emerge. There must be somebody to guide them.

ability to reward worthy behavior.
§ Coercive power– it
comes from authority. Power to threaten or punish.
§ Political power– comes
from the support of a group.it develops in all
organization.
How Leadership Affects To the
Organization
As it mentioned earlier, Leadership plays a major role in
any kind of an organization. if the
leadership fails, whole of the organization work flow will be down. Charismatic
leadership pulls the organization for the betterment. we live in an ever
changing world which is uncertain, complex and unpredictable. Globalization of
markets, to increase in competition and consent changes in technological
advancements, has out enormous pressure on organizations to continuously
develop and be adoptable to face the challenges of rapidly changing
environment.Every company hold a reputation for an ethical and sustainable
working environment and the nurturing of people and getting the maximum out of
them, to understand the passion and their ideas would always help a leader to
gain the foremost wealth or the profit for the company.above mentioned findings
